At Odd Ritual, we’re committed to getting your gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions around shipping, handling, delivery timeframes, and related matters.

1. Shipping Provider

We partner with Bob Go to deliver your orders safely and reliably across South Africa. Bob Go allows us to provide real-time shipping quotes, tracking information, and fast delivery via their trusted courier network.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Our standard delivery timeframe is 3–5 business days from the date your order is fulfilled. Please note: Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed the next business day Rural or outlying areas may experience slightly longer delivery times

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled, along with a tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—be sure to subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates.

5. Delivery Areas

We currently ship across South Africa. We do not yet offer international shipping—but it’s in the pipeline. For now, please email us at hello@oddritualgolf.com if you’d like to arrange a custom international order.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track the status of your delivery directly via the Bob Go tracking portal or the link provided.

7. Missed Deliveries

If you’re unavailable when your order is delivered, the courier may attempt re-delivery or contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the parcel being returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping fees may apply.

8. Shipping Issues & Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays due to weather, load shedding, courier capacity, or other unforeseen factors may occur. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@oddritualgolf.com with your order number so we can assist.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll liaise with Bob Go to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
