At Odd Ritual (PTY) Ltd., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day return policy in line with South Africa’s Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and other applicable laws.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible: The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase To start a return, email us at hello@oddritual.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: Odd Ritual (PTY) Ltd. 11 Viognier Avenue Stellenbosch, 7100 South Africa Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@oddritual.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned: - Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants) - Custom or personalised products - Personal care items (e.g. grooming or hygiene products) - Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item after your return has been accepted.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As with our standard policy, the item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@oddritual.com.
